Aluminium dog box frame
Aluminium frame for a ute dog box. Box section cut to length, fitted up on the bench and welded square, with a sloped front section to suit the tray. Frame stage shown before the panels go on.
Custom Brackets & Components
Battery tray and mounts for a ute tub
Custom battery tray fabricated to fit the front of a ute tub, with brackets made to mount off the tub and headboard. Holds a 12V deep-cycle battery securely and out of the way of the load area.
Steel Repairs
Bullbar repair and refinish
Steel bullbar repaired and refinished. Damaged sections welded up and dressed back, then the bar painted black, ready to refit to the vehicle.
Custom Fabrication
Raised dog bowl stand
Raised feeder stand for a dog bowl. Welded steel frame painted black, with a ply top cut to hold a stainless bowl at a comfortable height.
Frames & Structures
Car body rotisserie
Rotisserie for a car body restoration. Heavy steel base frame on castors with braced uprights and bearing-mounted spindles at each end, so a body shell can be rotated for work underneath. Shown in bare steel after fabrication.
